“The body has been designed to renew itself through continuous self-correction. These same principles also apply to the healing of the psyche, spirit, and soul.”
― Peter A. Levine, Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma

Your story matters here — and so do you.

I work with individuals and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, disordered eating, neurodivergence, chronic stress, and trauma.

Together, we will explore the patterns of your mind and body, cultivate a sense of inner safety, and build skills to move through life's challenges with clarity and resilience. We will focus on practical strategies to regulate stress and enhance well-being.

In our work together, we will help you find your footing, experience calm again, and feel at home in your life. Therapy will focus on guiding you beyond survival mode into a grounded rhythm that no longer revolves around exhausting cycles.

My approach is rooted in:

compassion and warmth

collaboration and authenticity

holistic and integrative modalities

meeting you where you are at in your journey

“We can never forget our traumatic memories … it’s less about getting rid of them, and more about learning how to be with them.”

The path that led you here

Therapy gives a space to slow down and care for yourself — it’s not about fixing who you are. It's about creating space to heal, grow, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting for care.
